Weblium - is a new branch in TemplateMonster company (15 years world leader in making templates for websites). We are planning to make a global ecosystem around this main sitebuilder tool. Our main goal for the next year is to create a platform where we could make 1000 websites per day.

And we are currently looking for our Sales manager - a Consultant that knows what is better for a client!

WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • You are not just another Sales manager - you are a Consultant for our newcoming visitors. They have their own needs. And being a Consultant means getting to know what exactly is better for that person and finding a win-win option so they become our happy customers (communication occurs chat);
  • Assisting clients with new websites via our own software
  • Responsible for working with inbound customers which visit our website.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

  • Strong English speaking and writing skills;
  • Good typing speed;
  • Dependability and reliability;
  • Curiosity - you like exploring new useful stuff that is not only related to your professional sphere;
  • Previous experience with Customer Service; Sales, Account Management;

Preferable:

  • Website editing experience (Wordpress, website-builders etc.).
