GEFCO Ukraine is looking for a Business Development Manager based in Kyiv. His/her mission will be to develop turnover and customer portfolios while promoting GEFCO's offer in line with commercial strategy for country key accounts.

Mission:

  • Sales increase, active search and engagement of new B2B customers;
  • Expansion of customer portfolios and keeping it up to date;
  • Collect and analyze existing customers' needs and promote additional services;
  • Permanent market analysis;
  • Preparation and conclusion of contracts with new customers;
  • Handle the customer relationship throughout the whole sales process (prospect, conclusion, retention and payment);
  • Control of receivables of the customers;
  • Individual approach to each customer (existing and potential);
  • Timely and accurate reporting;
  • Active cooperation with colleagues from other countries.

Profile:

  • A university degree (economics preferable);
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales (preferably in logistics companies);
  • Experience in supply chain area (either operational or sales) desired;
  • Good knowledge of English both written and spoken;
  • Project management and business administration skills;
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales principles, strategy, pricing methods, as well as development of commercial agreements and contracts;
  • Strong business communication skills;
  • Analytical skills and work experience with a large data;
  • Desire and ability to develop;
  • Proactivity, purposefulness, innovation and results oriented;
  • Punctuality, time and priorities management;
  • Confident PC user;
  • Availability for business travel within the country.
